- beef/chicken wrap plus a fruit and juice

- butter chicken/chicken curry with rice and pumkin plus salsa

Wednesday:
Breakfast:
- Oat bowl, fruit salad and yoghurt.

Lunch pack:
- Wings and chips plus fruit and juice.
