Poise Academy of Dance Poise Academy of Dance offers modern, tap, jazz and contemporary dance classes as well as fitness and strength classes to people of all ages.

Poise Academy of Dance offers the following AIDT syllabus classes for ages 4 and up.

� Modern Dance
� Tap Dance

We also offer the following adult classes:

� Stretch and Tone - Aimed at increasing fitness levels, building strength and flexibility.

� Tap - For those who enjoy an extra good cardio workout, this is a fun way to burn those unwanted calories.

� Barre - A perfect combination of d

ance, pilates, yoga and strength training. This class aims at improving balance, core and stability, increasing flexibility and building strength. Small range of movements, high reps. The studio partakes in the Friendly City Dance Festival, Port Elizabeth Dance Festival and AIDT Examinations. We also stage a studio production at the Opera House every two years. Qualified Association of International Dance (AIDT) teacher. AIDT Membership No. 37076
