Alliance Française de Port Elizabeth is delighted to invite you to iiNgcambu, a ceramic exhibition featuring four local artists.

𝐢𝐢𝐍𝐠𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐮 is a Xhosa word that speaks to both physical and symbolic roots: our connection to the earth, our heritage, and the experiences that shape who we are. Through the medium of clay, this exhibition explores how these roots nurture and sustain creative practice.

From 17 September to 17 October, discover the work of: 𝑁𝑜𝑚𝑎𝑏𝑎𝑠𝑜 𝐵𝑒𝑑𝑒𝑠ℎ𝑒 - 𝑆𝑖𝑛𝑒 𝑋𝑜𝑙𝑎 - 𝐴𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑎 𝐻𝑒𝑠ℎ𝑢 - 𝐴𝑦𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑎 𝑀𝑗𝑖

Join us as these artists reflect on identity, belonging, memory, and the enduring relationship between people and place through their unique ceramic creations.🌿
