What an incredible two weeks it has been! 💙
A number of our beautiful DanceWorld PE ballerinas took to the stage at the Friendly City Dance Festival, sharing their hard work, passion and love for dance.

From beautiful moments on stage to special memories behind the scenes, we are incredibly proud of each and every ballerina who represented DanceWorld PE 🌟 You danced beautifully, supported one another and made us proud!

❤️ A CALL FOR OUR DANCEWORLD PE FAMILY & COMMUNITY TO HELP ❤️

Sometimes life changes in a matter of moments.
On Wednesday, 5 August, at approximately 16:00, our beloved studio assistant and senior ballerina, and a dear friend of Miss. Val for many years, Miceala van Rhyn, and her loved ones lost their home in a devastating electrical fire 😭😭

Within minutes, everything they had worked so hard to build was gone. Their home, Miceala's home-based beauty salon, treasured belongings, clothing, furniture and so many precious memories were lost. Even their vehicle sustained damage.

As a dance family, we have also felt the impact of this tragedy. A number of our dance festival costumes that Miceala had been lovingly altering and preparing for next week's festival were destroyed in the fire. While we are working around the clock to find solutions for our dancers, our greatest concern right now is Miceala and her family.

Today, we are asking our DanceWorld PE family and the wider Gqeberha community to help if you are able.

Whether it is a bag of groceries, a warm blanket, a pair of work shoes, furniture that is no longer being used, kitchen appliances, pet food, or even simply sharing this post, every act of kindness will make a difference.

No donation is too small.

Term 2 of 2026... what an unforgettable journey it has been. 💙🩰✨

This term has tested us, challenged us, inspired us, and reminded us what it truly means to be a DanceWorld PE family 😱🤩
From severe storms that temporarily took us away from our ballet home in Kabega Park, and countless rehearsals and exciting preparations, to our Competition Team proudly qualifying for the 2026 Talent Africa Nationals... every challenge became another opportunity to grow stronger together 🩰🏆✨️
We celebrated victories, created beautiful memories, welcomed exciting new opportunities, made new friends, laughed together, supported one another, and never stopped dancing 🩰🥰✨️
As we close the curtain on Term 2, our hearts are filled with gratitude—for our incredible ballerinas, our supportive parents, our dedicated staff, and everyone who has walked this journey with us 🩰🥰✨️
This is more than just a ballet school... This is a family. This is a place where dreams grow, friendships flourish, and resilience shines.
Thank you for making Term 2 one to remember. We can't wait to see what exciting adventures await us in Term 3! 🤩🩰🌍✨️

One of our beautiful DanceWorld PE ballerinas, Simi Linganisa, has recently taken a very exciting step towards her future dreams! 💜🩰👩🏽‍🍳
Simi has a huge passion for baking and creating delicious treats, and dreams of attending chef school after high school. Alongside her love for the creative arts, she has now officially opened her very own home-based bakery under the loving guidance and support of her mother. 🌸🍰
At DanceWorld PE, we believe in encouraging our dancers to follow all of their passions and talents — both on and off the dance floor. Watching our ballerinas grow into confident, creative young entrepreneurs is something incredibly special to us. ✨
Please note that all orders work on a pre-order system. Orders are accepted from Sundays to Thursdays for delivery / collection on Saturdays and Sundays. A 50% deposit confirms your order 🧁🍰

We are beyond proud to announce that our entire team (with the exception of two dance items still to perform virtually) has qualified for the 2026 Talent Africa Nationals Competition! 🤩👏🏼🎉
