The Riverside Aqua Sports & Cocktail Bar is looking for a skilled Mixologist to join our team right away! What we're looking for:
- Proven mixology/bartending experience (cocktail creation, classic recipes, speed & accuracy)
- Valid Food Handling / Food Safety training certificate required
- Strong customer service skills — energetic, friendly, able to work in a fast-paced outdoor venue
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends/peak season hours
- Must be able to work in a safe, sober condition on every shift — zero tolerance for alcohol or substance use while on duty
- Basic cash handling / POS experience a plus
- ⁠Stock control knowledge
- Available to start immediately
