Entries for both ๐๐๐๐ and ๐๐๐๐๐ categories are now officially open for ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐.
๐๐จ๐ฅ๐จ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ:
1. Log in at https://portal.sacopa.co.za/
2. Once logged in, click the 'APPLY TO EVENTS' button located on the right side.
3. Select your events, ensuring all entries are accurate.
4. Accept the "OFFICIAL CONTESTANT INFORMATION PACKAGE."
5. Accept the "NATIONAL OFFICIAL CONTRACT."
6. Click 'APPLY' to proceed.
7. Once back at your contestant page, click 'PAY HERE' to be directed to the payment portal.
8. Complete your payment. After payment, you will return to your contestant pageโfeel free to close the window.
9. You will receive an email confirmation of your entries and payment, along with copies of the Official Contestant Information Package and the National Official Contract.
๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฉ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ:
1. Log in at https://portal.sacopa.co.za/
2. Once logged in, click the 'APPLY TO EVENTS' button on the right.
3. Select your group entries, verifying all details.
4. Accept the "OFFICIAL CONTESTANT INFORMATION PACKAGE."
5. Accept the "NATIONAL OFFICIAL CONTRACT."
6. Click 'APPLY.'
7. TEACHERS, EACH INDIVIDUAL PERSON IN THE GROUP WILL HAVE AN INVOICE TO PAY โ YOU MIGHT NEED TO MAKE MULTIPAL PAYMENTS. (Group payment does not apply at SACOPA โ as the people in your group entry numbers are different. E.g. Sannie in your group is also doing 7 solos and Sue is only doing 2 solos extra.)
8. Once payment is complete, you can close the page.
9. An email confirmation will be sent, including the entries, payment receipt, and copies of the Official Contestant Information Package and the National Official Contract.
