I’d like to take this opportunity to apologise to the TRIBE for my rather abrupt withdrawal from the team. I have thought long and hard about this post so here goes......

Those that know me will appreciate what the opportunity meant to me to be on radio and just how much of an absolute privilege it was sharing those 3hrs with you every morning. That being said, everything has a price, and the price was just too high for me. I made a very difficult decision but dignity doesn’t come at R300 a pop like other things do when that is what ones world revolves around.

At the end of the day I just couldn’t find another four months of funding to rebuild what we had lost with the move and the technical issues encountered. I’m real like that. I crunched the numbers, and as sad as it made me feel, I made the call. I am very privileged to have a family that relies on me and as much fun as it might be, I cannot afford to move into a stable with them with financial planning as a profession 🤣

I hope that we have the privilege of sharing again in the future.
