🌿 Time to Breathe... And just like that Term 3 is coming to an end. As dancers, we spend so much of our time learning to move, stretch, strengthen, perform and express ourselves. But sometimes, the most important part of the journey is knowing when to pause. A break is an opportunity to breathe a little deeper, slow down and reconnect — with yourself, your loved ones and the world around you. 🌿

Go barefoot. Feel the grass beneath your feet. Get outside. Watch the sunset. Take a walk. Laugh until your tummy hurts. Sit around the table a little longer. Put the music on and dance just because you feel like it.

Rest is not time lost. Connection is not time wasted.
These are the moments that fill our cups and allow us to return with renewed energy, inspiration and joy.

So, from all of us at TEAM PHOX, take this little break to breathe, reconnect and simply be.

*We're teaching until 5pm tomorrow, Wednesday 23 September.
*PRIVATE LESSONS resume: Friday, 2 October
*GROUP CLASSES resume: Monday, 5 October

We’ll see you back in the studio refreshed and ready for Term 4!

✨ Sparkling Regards,
TEAM PHOX
