This photo holds such a special place in my heart — our very first Match Dance, at a time when I had the privilege of training, partnering and competing alongside my incredible Pro-Am Ballroom students. Such an import part of my journey into becoming who I am today 💃✨

As a Modern Dance Educator there are moments that make my heart feel so incredibly full, and working with my students is truly one of the greatest joys of my life. 🩵

My heart melts every single class at their enthusiasm, optimism, dedication, and the pure joy they bring into the studio. Their excitement to learn, their determination to improve, and the way they grow in confidence is something so beautiful to witness.

Whether it’s my little dancers proudly saying, “Teacher, look at me!”, a spontaneous cuddle, a tiny moment of courage, or standing beside a student on the dance floor for a milestone like this one — these are the moments that mean everything to me.

My girls say the sweetest, most unexpected things filled with love, innocence, trust, and encouragement, and somehow those little moments become the biggest reminders of why I love what I do so deeply.

Teaching dance is about so much more than the steps and technique. It is about confidence, joy, discipline, self-belief, connection, and creating memories that last a lifetime. Watching my students grow — and sharing unforgettable experiences like our first Match Dance together — is a privilege I treasure more than words can say. 👯‍♀️💕✨
