🏎️🏁 START YOUR ENGINES… THIS PARTY WAS SOMETHING SPECIAL! 🏆🎉

Sunday’s birthday party was an absolute BLAST — and what better theme for a birthday at Rev&Race than GO-KARTING! 🏎️🔥

We had SO much fun putting this one together and watching all the little details come to life in our new Arena X space.

The family chose our Gold Décor Package, so we got to go all out with the extras — mini trophies 🏆, themed table décor, a half balloon arch 🎈, personalised party packs and so many special little touches to bring the whole theme together.

But as much as we love creating the décor, it’s the families we get to celebrate with that make these parties what they are. ❤️

What an absolutely amazing family! We genuinely loved having you with us and had such fun celebrating this special day with you.

And seeing our new party space filled with balloons, racing, laughter and birthday celebrations on our very first weekend at Arena X was pretty special for us too. 🥹

🏁 POV: YOU’RE TOLD YOU’RE OVERTHINKING THE PARTY TABLE… 😂

Saturday evening was party number TWO at our new Arena X home, and apparently I discovered another problem with having more space…

More space = more opportunity for me to overthink the décor. 🤦‍♀️😂

I set the table.

I stood back.

Looked at it.

Looked again.

And decided…

Why does this suddenly look like I’m setting up for a WEDDING?! 😂🤍

So out came some of the white serviettes. A few décor pieces disappeared. Things moved around. Then moved again.

Meanwhile, my staff were watching this entire process telling me:

“Mandy… you’re overthinking it.”

Me? Overthink something? Never. 👀😂

Okay… maybe just a little.

I know the kids probably don't notice whether a serviette is positioned perfectly or whether one centerpiece needs to move 10cm to the left…

BUT I DO. 😂

I just love every party we do to feel special and beautifully put together when that birthday family walks in.

It's both a blessing and possibly one of my biggest problems. 🤣❤️

Eventually I stopped fiddling, the party started, and guess what?

It all came together perfectly. 🏁🎉

Now please tell me I'm not the only person who does this… 😂

🏁 POV: YOU’RE TOLD YOU’RE OVERTHINKING THE PARTY TABLE… 😂

Saturday evening was party number TWO at our new Arena X home, and apparently I discovered another problem with having more space…

More space = more opportunity for me to overthink the décor. 🤦‍♀️😂

Looked again.

🏁❤️ OUR FIRST SATURDAY AT ARENA X!

And just like that… our very first birthday party at our new Rev&Race home is DONE! 🥹🏎️🎉

What an awesome party and such a great way to officially kick off this new chapter!

Were there a couple of little first-day hiccups? Of course. 😂 Our timing system decided to keep us on our toes for a bit, but we worked around it, the racing continued and everyone had an amazing time — which is what matters most. 🏁

After the absolute whirlwind of this past week, it felt SO good to finally see the space doing what we moved here for — kids racing, families celebrating and Rev&Race buzzing again. ❤️

Now we’ve reset, caught our breath (sort of 😂), and we’re waiting for birthday party number TWO to arrive!

There are still plenty of things we want to tweak, improve and add, but today it finally feels like Rev&Race is HOME. 🏎️🏁❤️

And just like that… our very first birthday party at our new Rev&Race home is DONE! 🥹🏎️🎉

🏁 WE’RE UP, WE’RE RUNNING… AND THE TRACK IS OPEN! 🏎️🎉

What. A. Week. 😅

I haven’t even managed to post for the last two days because we have been flat out unpacking, setting up, building, organising, fixing, moving things around (and then moving them again 😂) and getting Rev&Race ready for this weekend.

But… WE MADE IT! ❤️🏁

Our new Rev&Race at Arena X is officially up and running and the track is OPEN FOR BUSINESS! 🏎️

There is still SO much we want to add. We have a lot more space now, lots of ideas and plenty more planned — so what you see this weekend is definitely not the finished product. This is just the beginning. 👀

🏁 THIS WEEKEND

We have two private birthday parties on Saturday:
🎂 13:00
🎂 18:00

And one private birthday party on Sunday:
🎂 10:00

During the private parties, Rev&Race will be closed to the public, but you’re still very welcome to have a peek through the fencing and see our new setup. 😊

After a very long, very emotional, very exhausting week, we honestly cannot wait to see people racing on the track again.
