Strong dancers are built through discipline, endurance, and persistence. Our Fitness & Stretching classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and control to support every dancer’s technique and performance.

These sessions challenge our dancers to push their limits, grow stronger, and learn that progress comes from consistent effort and determination.

For this class, dancers wear comfortable training clothes that allow them to move, stretch, and train freely while working on their strength and flexibility.

Because behind every graceful dancer is hard work, resilience, and dedication.

Pre-Grade Class – Elevé Dance Collective (AIDT Syllabus Exam Work) 🩰✨

Fun, laughter, and the start of real dancer discipline! Our Pre-Grade class introduces young dancers to the AIDT syllabus, where technique, rhythm, and confidence begin to grow.

While the classes are full of joy and creativity, they also mark the beginning of focused exam preparation. Our students proudly wear their uniform to help them feel confident and prepared for when exam time arrives.

Why uniform matters:
Wearing a dance uniform helps teachers clearly see posture, alignment, and technique, allowing them to correct movements properly so dancers can improve faster and build strong foundations.

Uniform:
• Black leotard
• Black shorts
• Black canvas shoes
• Hair neatly tied back
