Dear customers, please note the following: if you are unhappy with anything regarding food, service, or even pricing, kindly call the manager on duty immediately so we can resolve the matter on the spot. It becomes very difficult to address complaints days after service has already been delivered.

It is also important to us that feedback is fair and consistent. It is especially challenging when we receive a 5-star rating and compliments from a customer on the day of service, and then days later receive a negative review or complaint from the same customer regarding the same visit.

We truly value all feedback and always aim to resolve any concerns while you are still with us, so we can ensure a positive experience for everyone.
