RE: SPLASHY WATERS BEACH RESORT // TRIBBY WADI BOZZA

The above matter refers.

We are writing this letter to offer our sincerest apologies for the event that occurred on the 28th of September 2024 of which amongst others we booked Tribby Wadi Bozza to perform and he failed to show up for the event despite being paid as agreed upon. We understand the inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused you and the team.

We hereby take full responsibilities for the actions caused by Tribby Wadi Bozza and the situation does not reflect our usual standard of conducting our business. We have tried to get a refund from him but he is refusing to give us a refund mainly because he is saying that although he failed to come but his name was used as such he will not be refunding us.

We have taken immediate steps to get the refund and make him issue out a public apology through our legal representatives of which same was not fruitful.

In terms of the agreement we have complied with his terms and he failed to honour his end.

Please take note that we are committed to ensuring that such errors do not occur in the future.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and support during this time. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We tried to get a refund so that we can host something special to make it up for the attendees.

We pride ourselves with providing legitimate services and best services possible.
