Today, we heard the incredibly sad news of Michael Patrick's passing. We've been reading all the magnificent tributes to him, and our hearts are full of the loss of such a wonderful human.

We were lucky to work with him and Oisín on a mad little ghost hunting show we did whilst we were still in Accidental. Mick always brought hard work, care, passion, and a huge smile into the room. In fact, every time we saw him, he was like this.

When My Left Nut was published, the lads sent Jude a copy, and he was incredibly touched to be included in the credits. This thoughtfulness and generosity really sums up our experience of knowing and working with Mick.

How devastating the loss but how mighty it was to know him.

Sending all our love to Mick's beloved wife & family, and his many, many friends.

Well, what a ride that was!? Last night saw the climax to a frantic, fascinating and exceedingly fun two weeks. Our amazing team fashioned a full-length extravaganza of political satire, social commentary, and refreshing takes on life in Belfast. We had everything you never knew you wanted... dating, a Cavehill musical, the shortest phone call to a GP surgery, interpretive dance, masks, horses, snakes, taxi drivers, Stormont payrises, water-based poetry, dehumidifiers, Mr. Chips, pints & the Imp.

With huge thanks to our team:

Sophie Thompson

Thanks also to & for helping us stage this event, for the support and for letting us in the door.

And finally... thank you to the people of Belfast! To those of you who came to the shows & who told us your stories. We love you.

'Belfast, don't ever change! Stay the same!'

🔥🔥 Quick Fire Plays Update 🔥🔥

We’ve released a limited number of half-price tickets for both performances using the code QUICK50.

This is simply about getting as many people in the room as possible — because this show deserves a full house and anyone who is attending will understand exactly what we mean.

To everyone who’s already booked at full price — thank you. You’re the reason we get to make work like this happen, and you’re backing and support is so appreciated and we are forever grateful.❤️

⚡⚡ Quick Fire Plays rehearsals are officially underway ⚡⚡

And trust us, this is going to be an absolute blast. With this team of artists, it could be nothing else.

If Belfast had its own Saturday Night Live, this might just be it — sharp, chaotic, funny, unexpected, and totally of the moment.

Expect big laughs, a few shocks, and one hell of a night out.

Two performances only.
