🏛️✨ HAPPY 100th BIRTHDAY TO OUR ICONIC BUILDINGS! ✨🏛️
On 26 August 1926, the historic buildings of Lady Grey Arts Academy were erected — and yesterday, we proudly celebrated 100 years of heritage, creativity, and memories within these beautiful walls! 🎉
Our centenary celebration was packed with talent, joy, and school pride. Highlights of the day included:
🇿🇦 The proud singing of our National Anthem
🗣️ An inspiring commemorative speech by our Principal
💃 Breathtaking performances by our talented Dance Studies learners
🎻 A special musical performance by our Swedish exchange student
🎤 Beautiful harmonies by the LGAA Trio
🏆 The presentation of our prestigious Arts Awards
🍰 Delicious centenary cake shared with all of our learners!
Thank you to every learner, staff member, and supporter who made this milestone day so unforgettable. Here’s to preserving our rich history and looking forward to the next 100 years in this remarkable building!
