Actor, Director, writer, filmmaker and Recording Artist.

Thomas Malebatso is a Versatile performer, film maker, writer, Actor, musician, and Director. He was born and breed in Kutlwanong Township in the Free State Province. After Matric he went to pursue his career in Sibikwa Arts centre and worked with Phyllis Klots and Small Ndaba. He was part of the Battery Dance workshop and perform at Breytenbach Theatre in Pretoria. In 2016 he went to further his performing arts studies in Bloemfontein at MDG Performing Arts Academy. He was part of the incubator program as an Actor and Dancer at PACOFS and he was part of National arts festival under MDG performing Arts Academy. 2017 He performed a play called Icamagu at Andre Hugunet Theatre in Pacofs written and Directed by Beauty Mlokoti. Thomas Malebatso was mentored by a Naledi Theatre Award-winning Director Thembeni Joni and Best Director Jacky Moshane. Thomas Malebatso created his own Theatrical works and never lost any competition. He was part of Tsebo ya Bonono, which took place at The Ernest Oppenheimer Theatre mentored by an award-winning Choreographer Thabo Rapoo in 2018, the same year he went to Mzansi Feela Festival in The South African State Theatre and worked with Thembisile Nogwanya writer and Director of a Production called Mantsho mentored by female Director Ntsieng Mokgoro. He worked with talented film actors like Presley Chweneyagae, Jerry Mofokeng, Tina Munzana, also worked with award-winning author and Director Thabiso Lefisoana and a Professional Director Beauty Mlokoti. Thomas Malebatso also won an award as the best production and came 1st position in Baswa le metsi national Drama competition in Pretoria, He was also part of 2019 Macufe homebrew as a Director with a play called An Action, Comrade Sipho Mutsi as a Director in Macufe 2013. He is the founder and a Director of The Titan Theatre production NPO. He is currently working as a Director, writer, Filmmaker and musician. He works closely with producer Thabo Thorn Motholo (DJ Half Jack) a record label owner, Musician and DJ.

Mongezi was born and breed in Kutlwanong Township in the Free State Province. A versatile Performer Actor and a Professional Dancer, he was part of MID moving into Dance workshop, facilitated by international award winner Muzi Shile. He worked with Catch fire waya for an incubator program called Tsebo ya Bonono and performed at the Ernest Oppenheimer Theatre in Welkom. He is currently part of The Titan Theatre Production since 2015 and currently touring with a theatre play called An Action, written and Directed by Thomas Malebatso. He worked with Naledi award winner and Shashalaza Thembani Joni and best Director Jacky Moshane.

One rare talented Producer. He can produce Hip-Hop, Trap, Kwaito, Dance (Deep, Afrotech, Sa House), Jazz, RnB, Gospel, Spiritual and Clap, and Tap. He also does Graphic designs, DJ, Photographer, and Video Shootings. He has managed to bring great quality in his studio which is named after him as “HALF JACK RECORDS”. Half Jack Records has recorded Plenty of hot Single’s, Mixtapes, and albums in many genres all over Lejweleputswa district. Half Jack is one of the best Producer, hot house, and kwaito artist.
Half Jack is born and raised in Kutlwanong in the Free State Province. The music bug bit him while he was in Primary School called Aurora doing grade 5 in 2001, that’s when he started his DJ career. The technology was still advancing by then and things weren’t as easy as they are today. We were using Cassette tape’s which he had about 300 and 60 pieces of vinyl‘ records by then. He started playing for a small crowd and then it changed to a bigger crowd like wedding ceremonies, Birthday parties, etc. and that’s when the skill started growing. Being a DJ really made him a well-known performer, being a Local DJ was a very nice journey, but to him, it wasn’t enough. He needed more for himself, so in 2007 he was introduced in a production field as a Beat Maker. It was great and finally, he saw a way of making himself more popular and again learning something new and exciting in music which is making his own music. I learned a lot in a production and I became a very good beat maker and people loved my beats, they were even loved by artists but I couldn’t record the vocals by then and it became a need in my skill of which I acquired it in 2010. In 2011 I then fell in love with writing songs and started recording vocals and a lot followed, such as recording live instruments, spiritual choirs, and acapella, etc. till today. I now perform on big stages like Macufe, Candle Light, Clubs, Ceremonies, and Street Bash. My songs are club bangers and I trust every track of mine every time I’m on stage that it will make people connect with me.
I am inspired by the likes of DJ Fresh, Argento Dust, Kususa, Shimza, Black Coffee, Oskdio, Atjazz, BougaLuv, Big Nuz, and my Bro Floyd Motholo. He was a very huge fan of Mandoza and whatever he did, he did it the Mandoza way. he used to sing like him and even recorded a demo cd with his friends singing like him around 2001, every step he took I was present. When all these things were happening, I got to love Mandoza as well, and I remember the 1st cassette I bought with my own cash was Mandoza’s album Tornado. The moment I arrived with it at home it was no longer mine but my bro’s. I got so inspired and fell in love with music from then till now with the support of my family I’m still standing. When Mandoza passed away I got a text message from my brother and I could feel this was a very painful time for him, he said Lil Bro you are going to make it in your music just like our Icon Mandoza who has left his mark in this world, stay strong and know that big bro loves you. It really meant a lot coming from him and it gave me more strength to work harder and have sleepless nights. I dreamt of making it big in this field and I’m doing it big with God’s Grace.
Half Jack’s kwaito career started taking off when he introduced his 1st track Called Dumela Fela in Kutlwanong Free State and the crowd was feeling it even today. He has been able to handle good quality in his record label, that’s why he was able to attract big Companies and artists Like Linda Ngqothwane, Partners like Mahonko ICT and Projects, Jerry Ryda, The Titan Theatre Production, Ross, Zuki Mqithi (Ndimfumene), Buhla, Karma Da Vocal and Malaza (TTTP) and Sons of Africa.
Half Jack is now currently all over Free State promoting his upcoming hit album " https://youtu.be/ny01q-PuD3k ” with his new crew called Sons of Africa which is currently running on Channel 0 and another “ https://youtu.be/v36Im0aAir4” The love songs in Afro-Pop, a combination of African languages which are expressing the beauty of loving someone and showing it.
