Celebrating 7 Years of Harsha Jairam at CGH South Africa
Today, we’re celebrating Harsha and seven incredible years as part of the CGH South Africa family.
Over the years, Harsha has taken on an exceptionally diverse portfolio, playing a key role across Finance, HR and the many operational aspects of the business. Her contribution has reached into so many parts of the business, and the impact of her work extends far beyond any single job title.
But what makes Harsha truly special is the person behind the role.
She is down-to-earth, kind-hearted and always willing to help. She shares her knowledge freely, takes the time to teach others and consistently brings a willingness to support the people around her.
Her journey has also shown remarkable resilience. Through challenging seasons, Harsha has continued to move forward with persistence, strength and determination — qualities that are inspiring to witness and that speak volumes about her character.
