Let me introduce myself!
Hi I'm Tasmin!
I've been dancing since the age of 4 and have done a variety of styles of dance through the years. I did classical Ballet, Modern, competitive Ballroom & Latin and Tribal Fusion Belly Dancing. I have performed on stages in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town. I have competed different styles of dance in Durban and Johannesburg.

I have a deep passion for dancing whether I am performing, learning or teaching. Dancing has always been a form of escapism as I can go into a world where dance speaks louder than words. I love teaching Fusion style as it allows a beautiful blending of different belly dancing styles and other dance forms. I started VMBD during lockdown in 2020. I started performing at local events later in the year and start teaching this year. I absolutely love sharing my passion and knowledge with my dancers. I love watching people dance, understanding the different techniques, moves and their enjoyment throughout class.
