In the past few months I've been engaging with IsiXhosa author, storyteller and literacy activist. Madoda Ndlakuse. My intention was to understand not only his work but also his approach to language preservation and development. He is fully committed to the language of the people, he tells stories with passion and vigor, with the work he does, he's still a family man...
Today I am Celebrating all his work and commitment to indegenous languages..

Day 2: The workshop with Early Childhood Development practitioners became more practical as we were exploring with story, reading aloud, choosing relevant stories for your classroom.
