Knowledge is power n a talent without info n wisdom is talentless

U cn't a be a leader who is not informed no matter hw big yo talent it may be

Members tht u r leading they tend to be lost if u as a leader u r unformed especially as the industry is growing new things in terms of theory r emerging

To change the industry we do need informed knowledgeable leaders tht can lead choirs n members to betten up the industry

Other things need to be taken seriously n into consideration as u cn't run or manage choir as we did 2 decades bck but u hv a chance an a platform to change things

We learned those who attended the conference tht we need more of this conference to grow psychologically, approach, leadership n the business part of the industry

Let me take this opportunity to thanx DlangaMandla Mabusela hw professionally u conducted the programme, Thembile Botman as a guest speaker u did it bra Gauteng attendees learned a lot
