🎤 NORTHERN CAPE TO THE WORLD! DURBAN MUSIC IMBIZO 2026 🌍

The Northern Cape Recording Studios is on a mission of EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT in Durban!

We took a powerful delegation of artists from 4 DISTRICTS to the Music Imbizo:
✅ Artists who recorded with us
✅ Our incubation program stars
✅ Talent discovered at workshops & events
✅ Raw talent scouted on social media

The Imbizo is CAPACITATING and dishing out industry knowledge our province has been hungry for!

THE MANDATE: Every artist MUST give back! Upon return, each delegate will host at least ONE workshop in their community to share the knowledge.

2027 WE ARE COMING BIGGER!📢
Next year will be an OPEN CALL - artists will apply and be selected on clear criteria.

It is with great sadness to let you know that one of our fellow artists has passed away. One of the best poets from Barkly West, Nkululeko “Zedecus The Master” Mnono who has done implacable work in the poetry scene in the Northern Cape. He was part of a trio called “The Trinity Of Korah” with the late ‘Stone’ from Barkly west together with Scelo. May Your Dear Soul Rest in peace brother 🕊️ 💔Until we meet again.
