A place where you wander slowly,
following winding paths through open land,
where every step reveals another quiet wonder.

Here, nature speaks in whispers—
in the golden grasses, the endless sky,
the rugged earth beneath your feet.

A place to stroll, to breathe, to simply be,
and discover the gentle, untouched beauty
of the Karoo.

🌿 POD 1 — THE BASE CAMP 🌿

Welcome to Pod 1, your base camp of comfort & refuge whilst you embark on new journeys.

Check in on arrival, settle in with ease,
Meet your hosts, ready to guide you to the door of a new journey.

A place to unwind, relax, and breathe.

A friendly place where you can reside.

When hunger calls, there’s no need to roam,
The food truck brings tasty treats to your base camp.

Grab a drink, enjoy a bite,
Then gather around the braai area as day turns to night.

For those who prefer to cook their own food, the self-catering kitchen is available for all to use.

And when the sun brings a little too much heat,
The small pool offers a quiet and refreshing retreat.

Then, when it’s time to venture out again,
Pod 1 is where the shuttle will collect you from POD 1

So rest, refresh, refuel, and prepare—
Pod 1 is your base camp, your starting point, your space to think, and your place to share with others. 🌿

Leave the noise behind.

Where the roads fade,
the stars grow brighter,
and the earth remembers your name.

Bundu is more than a gathering—
it’s an invitation.
To wander.
To dance.
To breathe a little deeper.
To return to the parts of yourself
that the city asked you to forget.

From 7-9 February 2027, we meet at the Place of Dreams, deep in the heart of the Karoo, where music echoes across open skies, souls move freely, and every sunrise feels like a beginning.

Come lose yourself in the unknown.
You may just find home.

Welcome to Bundu.
