Blissdance, a conscious dance exploration, was born of the late Dr Shakti Malan who was well loved and whose teaching was, and continues to be, a catalyst and support for many. Shakti trained several of us in Blissdance - a gift from her to be given to and shared with others, with the freedom of each facilitator to bring their own truth and experience to the form. Dance your Bliss rises from this in honour of, and as an expansion to, the gift that Shakti shared.
