We recently caught up with rising artist Young Steez, who shared the inspiration behind the title of his debut EP, Sicalo. During our conversation, Steez explained that the name reflects a powerful shift in his journey — a moment where things are finally aligning the way he has always envisioned.

According to Young Steez, Sicalo represents a phase of manifestation and growth. He highlighted how this year has been especially significant for him, noting that many of his long-term goals are now becoming reality. One of the biggest milestones he mentioned was being able to release his music across all major digital platforms, allowing his sound to reach a much wider audience.
Beyond distribution, Steez also spoke about the steady growth of his fan base. He shared that the support he has been receiving lately has been impossible to ignore, and it has motivated him to stay consistent and focused on his craft. Reflecting on the year, he emphasized that he has become more aware of his progress, both personally and professionally.
