I hereby acknowledge that I, as well as my guardian, have read and understood and wholly agree to abide by the terms and conditions. The ticket holder will need to ensure that his parents are correctly informed
of the event he/she is attending. They must acknowledge that they will be required to present a valid form of identification on entry to all events hosted by the Company. Should the identification be invalid, the ticket and identification will be removed from the possession and kept by the Company. You further state that if you're not 18 years when you use this ticket, you have informed your guardians and bestow upon the Company their consent. I further release Chilli Promotions and any associated parties, managers, consultants, directors, affiliates, employees and subcontractors of any liability, including but not limited to, loss, damage, theft or injury relating to the events and services for which this ticket entitled you (whether personal or otherwise), as well as any matter relating to this ticket, inclusive of damage, theft or loss and that attendance is at your own risk. The Company do not replace lost or stolen tickets. No drugs, illicit substances, alcohol or weapons will be allowed into any events operated by Chilli Promotions. Chilli Promotions reserves all rights with respect to entry into the events and may exclude any persons at the discretion of management based on inappropriate behavior inclusive of but not limited to fighting, misconduct, violation of property or any illegal activity. By you purchasing/ using a Chilli Promotions ticket, You fully accept, acknowledge and consent to the above terms.
