DINOSAUR WORLD FESTIVAL CAPETOWN 2024 NOW OPEN.
Dinosaur World Festival Capetown has opened with many happy families and school kids.
Families with children in and around Cape Town are warmly invited to participate in the 4 days outdoor family picnic at the Dinosaur World Festival. Kids will have a blast with dinosaur-themed activities, including a dinosaur playground, fossil excavation, dino rides, and a captivating reptile show. The fun continues with dino street theatre, jumping castles, live music from DJs, delicious food stalls, and a vibrant market.

Lifesize Animatronic Dinosaurs will dominate Capetown the Jurassic Giant Festival as seen in Durban, Pretoria and Johannesburg in 2023 and 24.

Dinosaur World goes outdoor expanding 10 times bigger.
Jurassic Giants Festival Capetown exhibition will unveil two Jurassic giants, the majestic Tyrannosaurus rex (13 metres) and the Austrolotitan (20 metres) among several other dinosaurs and a ttractions for maximum family fun and entertainment. Spreading over 10 000 sqm, various exhibitors, music DJs, food stalls, markets from across Cape Town will participate in the dinosaur jamboree.
The Dino Expo has switched up gears; and its full throttle towards a jaw-dropping Jurassic jungle experience perfect for all day entertainment for the whole family plus more. If you thought you had seen it all, that was just the beginning. The Dino World has gone BIGGER! Figuratively and quite literally.

THE DINO EXPO (A)
Explore a captivating exhibition featuring a range of medium-sized animatronic dinosaurs that come to life with sound and movement.
JURASSIC GIANTS (B)
Step into a world of colossal creatures with life-sized animatronic dinosaurs, including a 12-meter-long Tyrannosaurus rex and a 20-meter-long Cooperensis Australotitan, all accessed through the impressive mouth of a giant T. rex.
DINOSAUR STREET THEATRE (C)
Join us for an engaging 20 to 30-minute interactive performance showcasing a variety of juvenile dinosaurs and puppets. Kids will have the chance to answer dinosaur trivia questions and win exciting prizes throughout the show.
REPTILE SHOW (D)
Dive into a 30-minute interactive educational showcase featuring an array of reptiles, including crocodiles, snakes, tortoises, and many more fascinating creatures

The show has facilities that are set up in such a way that each activity has a differently priced ticket, meaning customers can purchase tickets for the specific sections that they want to visit. A full access ticket for example, will give the holder access to all the sections of the exhibition except the activities and rides. Discounted special tickets are also available for families of 4, groups of 8 and 16.
