It's a huge missed opportunity to not acknowledge what women have to contribute—artistically, spiritually, culturally, intellectually, theologically, and in leadership. There's no facet of society where women couldn't contribute significantly. I hold that vision for the future and am willing to offer what I can to build that bridge. It's still a challenge and greatly underdeveloped in our community.
