Desert Flowers Belly dancing is for anyone. It is a fun way to get fit, learn to love your body and to make friends. Belly dancing is for all ages and fitness levels.

Belly dancing is a low impact dance form, so no need to worry about health risks. There are 3 levels offered at Desert flowers, ranging from level 1 to level 3, so no need to be wary if you have never danced before. My personal mission is to inspire and empower women through dance. We are a community of women who stand together in sisterhood and friendship while having fun and learning some awesom

Soon after, you will notice an improvement in your posture and you will have more energy for the day to day business of living. After a few weeks, you will notice firmer muscles, increased self confidence and awe at the cool new things your body can do.
