We love incorporating a good hand workout activity into our Messy Play sessions and a masher is the perfect tool to achieve this 🫧

Mashing is also a highly therapeutic and rhythmic activity. For many children, the repetitive motion of squishing and mashing is an excellent outlet for releasing energy or tension, helping them self-regulate in a safe, constructive way.
