- Pole Flex moves to 18:15–19:15

✨ WEDNESDAYS
- Pole Basics 101 is now at 17:00–17:45 🆕
- Exotic Flow (Beginner/Intro) moves to 17:45–18:45
- Hybrid Pole & Conditioning moves to 18:45–19:45

💜 THURSDAYS
- Int/Adv Pole moves to 17:30–18:15
Our 18:15–18:30 slot will alternate between:

✨ Pole Flow — 13th & 27th

💪 FRIDAYS

We definitely all learnt SO much and came away with a better understanding of flexibility, mobility, technique, and how to work towards those bendy goals safely and confidently. There was plenty of learning, plenty of stretching, and definitely a few moments where our bodies were wondering what we were doing! 😂
