- No, you don't need to put up with the office bully and…

- Yes, you should advocate for yourself
- Yes, you should speak up in meetings. Your voice and opinion matters.
- Yes, you should create meaningful connections built on trust

Remember this life lesson: we teach people how to treat us. Boundaries are how we communicate to the world how we want to be treated. Read that again.
