The making of “Meet Me at the Shoreline”🌊🎨

Quite a lot of meaning for something painted while happily dancing around the studio 😅

But that’s what I love about painting. The work can hold all sorts of things while the making of it can just be play.

And that’s my entire process. Just playing and seeing where the paint takes me.

I honestly can't believe I'm writing this... 🤯

This September, I'll be exhibiting as an emerging artist with The White River Gallery at FNB Art Joburg alongside the incredible Michael Tshepo Selekane.

This is the longest running art fair in Africa, and to be introduced to the art world as one of only two artists... after painting for less than two years... is completely unbelievable.

A huge thank you to Dana at White River Gallery for being one of my biggest champions🤎

What a ride this has been already and I can't wait for the amazing stuff we'll do next.

Our wearable art has made it from the bush to the Ugandan Highlands and to the Alps!

There's even a complete stranger out there rocking one of my bucket hats😅

What a wonderful thing to see pieces of my art in places I've never been.

To everyone who's worn, gifted, travelled with, or simply supported my little wearable art experiments, thank you🤎
