Custom designs will only be started once a deposit has been paid. Any and all Payments are none refundable. Postponement of an appointment requires at least one weeks notice, to then be arranged to a date and time that suits the artist and client within that month. Any appointment missed or the client arrives 45 minutes later than the agreed upon time the deposit or any funds paid will be forfeit

ed. Should the artist postpone an appointment or there to be a delay, the appointment then be moved to a day and time that suits the client best, Changes in design during that time. It will be done with no additional fee. Please Respect the property and possessions any you will be held liable for any damage
