The gentleman depicted in the photograph is Mr Joas Luilo Mabhodo. He is understood to have originated from Maputo, in the Republic of Mozambique, and it has been reported that he has family members residing in the Johannesburg area.
Regrettably, Mr Mabhodo has passed away as the result of an unfortunate accident. At present despite earnest efforts, his family members remain unreachable and unaware of this sad event.
The concerned people appeal to any member of the public who may recognise him, or who may know of his relatives or acquaintances in Johannesburg/Maputo or elsewhere, to please come forward with any information that could assist in locating his loved ones.
