YOUR TEACHERS KNOW!!!

Dance students, please work on what your teachers tell you to work on and not merely what you think you should work on. 

Yes, you know there are certain things you want to improve about your dancing. Go for it.

But when your teachers tell you that you need to fix particular issues, PRIORITIZE THOSE ISSUES!

For example, if you are so stuck in your mindset about higher extensions that you ignore your corrections and helpful guidance on straight knees. aligned hips, and an engaging presence, you will be left with nothing other than a frightful leg… high up in the air. That alone won’t get you a job!

Whatever the case may be for you, you must trust the work leadership from your teachers and place the effort where they direct you in class!
