CD1:01Phil Collins - You Can't Hurry Love: What a great way to open up the series. This was the first number one of 1983, and is one of my favourite songs of all time.
02Duran Duran - Is There Something I Should Know: This is another favourite of mine
03UB40 - Red Red Wine: Love the chilled feel of this song. I sang this the first time I drank red wine.04Limahl - Only For Love: A quirky song from the Kajagoogoo singer (more of him later...)05Heaven 17 - Temptation: Great song, I also love the 1992 remix.
06KC & the Sunshine Band - Give It Up: Super catchy song, very summery.
07Malcolm McLaren - Double Dutch: I remember this song playing in my head whenever I saw people doing the skipping game. It was re-released in 1984, and reached number 2.03Sister Sledge - Thinking of You: This song was actually from 1979, but wasn't released as a single until 1984.
04Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark - Locomotion: Great tune from OMD.
05Ultravox - Dancing With Tears In My Eyes: Great song from Midge Ure and co.
