Karoo Kronkels: The concert will be presented by the Heydeburg Orchestra on 15 August 2026 at the NGK George and will focus on Afrikaans music (Kunslied), highlighting the contribution of Professor Chris Lamprecht as a leading South African composer and academic.

This concert represents a meaningful collaboration between the Heydeburg Orchestra and Prof Chris Lamprecht’s artistic legacy.

Bekende soliste en kore wat gaan optree, sluit die volgende in: Alida Scheepers, Petronel Baard, Natasja Engelbrecht, Mika Oosthuizen, James van der Merwe; asook spogkore van die distrik: Sotto Voce (Hartenbos), Suid-Kaap Kinderkoor, George Mannekoor en Eden Camerata Kamerkoor.
