From 4 June 2026, workshop bookings are non-refundable.

Our workshops are intentionally prepared. Seats are set. Materials are portioned. Time is blocked out. When you book, we begin preparing for you.

We're all adults here with beautifully busy lives. We get it — things pop up. But we do ask that workshops are booked with intention and care. When you secure a seat, it's held specifically for you.

If life truly happens, you're welcome to transfer your seat to a friend with at least 24 hours' notice.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and their full name.
Less than 24 hours? The seat is forfeited.

Simple. Clear. Respectful.

This allows us to protect the quality, calm, and preparation behind every session — and to keep the experience premium for everyone in the room.
