Pssssst…. If you see a fan in a box, you are mistaken. Survival and Sanity means different things to different people..to us it is a much needed and very-much-appreciated industrial fan for the shop space . If all goes well, it will be installed tomorrow morning just in time for the heatwave which is about to hit is! The heat is unconformable, we know but please bear with is as we take this first step towards being “cool” ( pun intended!) . I will do a proper thank you post a bit later but was just so excited to share the news

I had a fabulous playdate with Veronica Kemp and Nadine Gray today @ The Thrift and I have to say…. We did not disappoint! Its predicted to be a scorcher of a few days ahead in Empangeni over the next few days , don’t let that stop you from visiting us and indulging in the refreshing cold vrews and fizzy drinks offered by Cultivate Coffee Co.

Brazil!!! I loved every minute of it as it was filled with all my favoutite things flower everywhere. thrift shops, good food and even went to a roastery and brought back some brazilian coffee beans ( will follow in another video).

Fellow thrifters!! Have I got some news….apologies for the silence the last 10 days but it is with good reason. Ons very short notice me and my husband had the opportunity to travel to Brazil and wow, what a ride! 6 days of experiencing the vibrant culture of Rio de Janerio…. I refuse to photo dump but will share this with you….it has been good for the soul to experience new energies, taste new foods, see new things and if course to treasure hung tor thrift shops!
