The Native community Champions is a creative writing workshop that tackle GBVF through prevention and awareness by using Gender transformation approach. Our mission is to serve young people specifically focusing on the risk factors that contribute to GBV and discrimination. Understanding power relation, norms and gender roles what sides us apart initiative apart is that it infuse learning and entertainment. We will be instilling values and transformative thinking using creative arts. Writing poetry and Short stories which directly contribute to creating a safer space and more informed environment for women and the LGBTQ+ community.
