Got do get another session in on this project. Valentino Rossi 'the Doctor'.... been a good blast having the opportunity to bring this to life sofar. One more session and this wrap around should be complete and ill update a final video of the whole lower leg.

Finally a final take on this custom piece ive tattooed on fake skin, this has been a challenge but am happy with the final results and now have a new addition to my portfolio, this was about 32 hrs of work into this concept. Thats about 4 fullday sessions.

I’m obsessed with tattooing.
A huge amount of my time goes into pushing my craft, refining my techniques and constantly challenging myself to improve.
One of the ways I do this is by creating my own custom concepts across different themes and tattooing them onto fake skin.
But these pieces aren’t just practice.
I use them as part of my studio portfolio so you can actually see what I’m capable of before committing to a tattoo — from my linework and different shading techniques to the styles and subject matter I’m comfortable working with.
It also gives me something incredibly important when planning a custom project: realistic time expectations.
By tattooing the concept beforehand, I can better understand how the style, level of detail, composition and size translate into an actual tattoo — which helps me give you a much more realistic idea of how long your project may take.
For me, it’s all about putting the work in before the needle ever touches your skin.
