I've recently come across 18th-century engravings 'dedicated' to various lords, people in authority, and noblemen of the time. The colours of the crest for "The Right Honourable Henry Pelham Esq" matched perfectly with those of the two drawings that I've combined.

I've been wanting to have display stands made for my shells for absolute ages, and this was the week it finally happened!!

These iridescent abalone make such beautiful, and versatile, gifts - they absolutely light up mantelpieces, bookshelves, coffee tables and display units ...so do let me know asap if you'd like to order as numbers are limited and Christmas is just around the corner!

These big shells (16-17cm) have been cleaned and polished and laquered on the inside; leaving the other side au naturel - barnacles and al! I love the contrast between the two...
