9 years since the loss of a loved friend and musical master DJ Deep, taking a look back at the life he lived...
Hands down DJ Deep, Mxolisi Xulu was a pro on the decks and undoubtedly one of the best event organisers. He had a vibrant and unique style of playing that fused Minimal, Soul, Deep and Vocal House music that set the dance floors alight.
Scores and scores of crowds have been rocked by him at clubs and venues like Scallaz Cafe, Afro Fashion Lounge, Coffee Brown Music lounge, Club Tilt & other popular venues throughout the country.
He was well respected and renowned amongst his peers and in the industry at large. The decks were sure to be on fire when DJ Deep was in charge.
DJ Deep's smash hit, “Ndanele” blazed the airwaves and filled dance floors at every party and social gathering.
He will forever be missed and cherished in our hearts... The "Musical Journey" lives on.
