The Drakensburg Honeybaked Cheesecake is actually from the berg itself. We personally bring it to Durban each month. It is made from raw organic honey from a bee farm in the berg. This absolutely delicious baked Cheesecake is served with a home made blueberry compote for your indulgence and enjoyment.
