Nestled in the centre of Durban’s newly revitalised Point Waterfront Development, The Bond Shed embraces the history of the area, dating back to the earliest days of Durban, The Bond Shed incorporates historic buildings to provide a rich, textured environment full of warmth and rustic charm. The main shed can accommodat

e up to 100 guests seated or 150 cocktail-style. There is also the option to extend the venue into the courtyard (which can be covered by a stretch marquee) for larger events. There is ample parking and the area is safe and well maintained by the Point Development. In addition to our event space, The Bond Shed now boasts an on-site coffee shop offering a selection of expertly poured coffee and a tasty breakfast and lunch menu. The stylish retro-tropical interior offers a casual environment for a relaxed catch-up with friends or a quick coffee after a walk on the promenade and we welcome groups of cyclists with plenty of space for bikes. The Bond Shed Coffee space is also available for hire as a smaller event space for more intimate events or as an additional breakaway space for larger events.
