I purchased a car from Land Rover Menlyn]] in August 2022 and had the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. Land Rover]] is a brand that I never thought would give this terrible level of service. It took them 2 months before I had to step in and get my license done on my car, temporary plates had expired and I received a traffic fine. I have coolant issues on a car with 6000km and is their Flagship Range Rover Vogue Autobiography SDV8 Fifty Anniversary Edition. One of only 1970 in the world. But the service and issues have been shocking. I still have not received my spare key, Land Rover Menlyn]] treat me shockingly after I gave them the signed delivery note. It took me getting the bank involved to cancel the deal for them to even replace a cracked windscreen they say they knew nothing about. I am seeking an audience with the CEO of Combined Motor Holdings] as I was told that they own Land Rover Menlyn]]

To date:

1. they have agreed to refund me, what amount and what will be omitted from the traffic fine and licensing, I don’t know.
2. I have not received my spare key going on 4 MONTHS now promised by Sammy
3. My wheel alignment is still a problem
4. The almost NEW car is taking in water frequently with no visual leaks
5. I wheel is still scratched
6. I was told that if I bring in the car, I cannot get a courtesy vehicle, which means I should leave my car, and continue to pay R60,000 per month for not having USE of my car. I was told that my car can be towed in and then a vehicle can be arranged through the service provider but was not guaranteed a vehicle like mine.

The coolant alarm which is quite shocking on a new car, has been booked in to , on 2 separate occasions and they are still not able to find the fault.

Land Rover]] should know that their brand is being tarnished by horrendous service by individuals who have no care once the car has been sold. I have written proof of all my claims. Kindly send a private message to arrange a meeting.

I am seeking assistance from Combined Motor Holdings] and Land Rover]] as this is almost a R4,000,000.00 car and it is terrible, they way I’ve been treated
