💧 WATER SUPPLY UPDATE – DUDUZA AND AFFECTED AREAS
The City of Ekurhuleni (CoE) has provided an update on the ongoing water supply interruption affecting parts of Duduza and surrounding areas.
According to the CoE, one pump is currently operational, but the water network requires time to fully recover after the system was left dry.
Residents may therefore experience different recovery times. Some parts of Duduza have already started receiving water, while other areas are still waiting for supply to return.
The municipality says water tankers will be deployed today to assist affected residents while the system gradually recovers.
Residents are urged to remain patient as the water network is brought back to normal operation. The CoE says full recovery will take some time, with some areas expected to receive water sooner than others.
