Rabbit meat, what are our knowledge of rabbit meat for the average South - African not much.
Did you know that rabbit meat has the highest concentration of iron and a low fat and cholesterol count. Farmed rabbit meat is advised during pregnancy as lean meats are favourable for the normal growth of the fetus and rabbit meat is an excellent source of Vitamin B12 and reduce the risk of neural tube defects in children. We will soon have this heart friendly, arthritis reducing meat available
