I have something to say which has been on my mind for far too long but it took multiple one on one sessions with myself until I realized that you need to love yourself. I once upon a time lost the love of my life n that place in my heart was never filled until I sat n realized how truly amazing I am sometimes I f**k up but it's ok I'm human I started falling for myself getting to know the type of person that I am and I realized how spectacular I truly am and that I deserve so much.
It's hard being a woman because u constantly in fear, walking around worrying if you are not being followed or is he gonna approach me, will I make it pass this veld without losing my life.
It's hard being a woman because u always lean on us and expect perfection.
It's hard to be a woman because you have to wake up every day to go work so you can survive or take care of your kids no matter how you feel whether you in pain you want to give up, you gotta get up and take care of those lil ones. Being a woman is hard because you are expected to always be strong.
It's hard to be a woman because we constantly putting ourselves down because of what society believes is beautiful and perfect "a skinny girl is beautiful" or a flawless girl.🤔 we dress up instead of wearing our favorite oversized t-shirt and track pants with our hair a complete mess but we gotta look good coz what if he doesn't like me like this the real me the comfortable being so I dress up anyways with something I think you and all my followers would like, we hate ourselves because we are made to believe we are ugly coz we look a certain way and guys only like a certain type of woman so we make it our main focus in looking the part. It still gets to me how some guys have the audacity to call us fat or ugly after regecting them like yeah you were never even beautiful fat slt voetsek 😡🙄and sometimes even worse is said...what a world we live in neh!!!!
I have a baby sister and I'm terrified as she grows more and more I wish I could take her away from this cruel world take her to another planet where she will only know rainbows and unicorns and never shed a tear because I don't want her to experience or see what girls go through I don't want her to ever question why she was or is never enough or get hurt so bad she gives up on love.
I don't ever want her to see any flaw inside her...
Ladies we need to stop letting people have control over,

Yes you matter you have always mattered, you are beautiful learn to love the things you hate the most about yourself that stupid laugh or your funny looking toes or your big belly whatever it may be love it with everything inside your soul.
I know it's hard and sometimes you don't feel like getting out of bed or smiling, you constantly have to hide your tears, cover your black eyes, hide the scars even the ones on your wrist and thighs, but do it for you.
Shine that light Queen....
You are enough.
You matter.
Please don't give up the world needs you everyone of you 🙏🏽
I still don't get it how people find comfort in hurting, and destroying others.
And I still don't get how men demand you to sleep with them just coz they did something nice for you....
What Happened to the love gent's?🤔
Our generation is truly f**ked up
We need GOD!🙏
We constantly hurt each other because we don't know how to love anymore.
