Just to let you know what we're about, here is a short paragraph to tell you:
In 2013 I, Wayne Bester started my own dance studio in Centurion, learned a lot and got to meet a lot of interesting and inspiring people.
Then in 2015 I started realizing that I want to do more, and that my true passion lies in choreographing. So since 2015 we started scoping for ideas and ways to pursue more in th
e dance industry.
In my journey of dance, I have met several dancers that went to go study dance and get a degree, only to end up where everyone else is in the industry, in fact I also noticed that they were sometimes prohibited of attending a job due to class schedules, preventing them from building up experience in the industry.
Then...
The idea came to me, to create a year with the help of my wife that is a photographer and videographer, to help dancers build up a proper portfolio to go present to the world and gain as much experience as possible, allowing them to 'miss' class if they have to to attend a job or to introduce them to some people in the 'real world' and helping them to be ready for almost anything.
We have several different ways that we aim to help dancers get exposure and experience which we explain on our website but to sum it up, here they are:
