What if your weekly date night could do more than simply get you out of the house? ❤️

Life is a Dance is an 8-week experience for couples who want to make intentional time for each other, reconnect and practise moving better together in life.

No dance experience required. No complicated choreography. And definitely no need for two left feet to suddenly become coordinated. 😉

Through movement, music and simple partner exercises, you’ll practise what relationships ask of us every day:

❤️ making time for each other
💬 noticing, signaling and responding
🤝 leading, following and trusting
🎵 finding a shared rhythm
💃 recovering when you get it wrong
✨ practising until it begins to flow
